Zhujiang Pier is located in the southeastern part of Guilin, approximately 32 km from the downtown area. Accessible via the Guilin-Mopanshan Pier Highway, the journey takes about 45 minutes by car.

Covering a vast area, the pier spans 48,200 square meters of land and 100,000 square meters of water. It boasts a length of 400 meters and features nine berths, accommodating up to 80 Li River Cruise boats simultaneously. Designed to cater to the needs of approximately 2,000,000 travelers annually, the pier includes a multi-function building for boat embarkation and disembarkation, as well as parking lots.

Li River Cruise is renowned as one of Guilin’s most iconic tours, offering breathtaking views of the picturesque scenery along the Li River. Zhujiang Pier serves as the starting point for Li River Cruise excursions and was originally constructed exclusively for foreign visitors and travelers from Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan. Initially completed and opened to the public in 1985, the pier has undergone several extensions throughout its history to accommodate the growing number of tourists.
