Huanghuacheng Great Wall has long stood out among the Great Wall for its uniqueness and rare beauty. Moreover, Huanghuacheng has long been the most frequent subject of photography lovers.

Depart your hotel at 8:30am

It will take around 1 hour and 30minutes to reach The HuangHuacheng Great Wall. The Huanghuacheng (Yellow Flower City) section of the Great Wall is located in Huairou District, about 60 kilometers (37.3 miles) from Beijing.

Huanghuacheng Great Wall provides a challenge as it has no stone steps or no single smooth path like the ones found at Badaling and other sections of the Great Wall. Huanghuacheng is named for the sea of yellow wildflowers that bloom in the late spring and early summer, giving sudden exhilarating life to this aged portion of the Wall – Huanghua in Chinese means yellow flower. It is very special – part of the Wall is underwater! Seen from the dam of the reservoir, the stately sunken wall is still visible under the water’s smooth surface. You will also see some of the ancient structures as you hike along.
The entire section of wall comprises of six forts, six passes, twelve beacon-towers, and thirty-two guard towers.

Stop at a Local Restaurant for lunch
Drive about 1 hour to China Aviation Museum.China Aviation Museum was first opened to the public on 11 November 1989, to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Liberation Army Air Force.which contains more than 200 airplanes and other important aviation artifacts.The museum is divided into three large exhibition areas: Cavern Exhibition Hall, Open-air Exhibition Area, and Integrated Hall. You will have enough time to visit there.

Return to hotel around 5:30pm
