Jinshanling Great Wall and Chengde Day Tour

Depart your hotel at 8:00 am
Heading to Jinshanling Great Wall.Enjoy the countryside view on the way, about 2.5 hours driving to get there.Then you will spend 1.5-2 hours to hike along Jinshanling and explore the watch and becon towers along this section.The Jinshanling Great Wall was first built in the sixth century during the Northern and Southern Dynasties (420-589). Along it are 67 watchtowers, all in different styles, at average intervals of 150 meters.

Heading to Chengde,It will take another 1 hour.Lunch in the Local restaurant

Then drive to The Mountain Resort In Chengde,the trip will take around 2 hours,then visit  the summer resort and a temple.The history of the Chengde Summer Resort can be traced back to the beginning of the Qing Dynasty(1644-1911). It was originally constructed in 1703. After nearly 90 years’ construction, this resort became the world’s largest imperial garden.

Return to hotel ,it will take around 3 hours

Combine these two sites for a day tour only allowed you to spend 2 hours at each Site.We try to make the whole tour within 12 hours.Hope to get your understanding
