Join this 4 hour Beijing night tour to visit the city during the evening hours which providing an easy way for you to see famous landmarks lit up after dark. In additional, you will spend 1 hour with a master to learn the traditional Ink and Brush Painting in the personal studio. Travel by the illuminated attractions such as the Tian’anmen Square, Wangfujing Street, National Theatre, The Houhai Lake, The CCTV Building and The Place Mall with Huge LED TV screen roof. Listen to commentary about the city and its history as you go. Hotel pickup within the 4th ring road and transport by private vehicle are included.
Your personal English-speaking guide and driver will pick you up at your Beijing city hotel at 5:30pm. Then hop on a private vehicle to the traditional Chinese room in which the lesson is held.
Your experience begin with the welcome tea. Traditional Chinese painting is considered one of the oldest continuous artistic traditions in the world. It uses “Shui Mo” (water and ink), which is a freestyle technique created using a brush dipped in ink and water, and onto rice paper. Your teacher is well respected in the Chinese traditional culture scene. Under the careful guidance, try your hand at using genuine Chinese tools; you’ll learn different brush strokes, as well as get a solid introduction to the oriental materials, tools, and the painting subject.
Next, continue your evening with a panoramic night tour of the city. See the famous Beijing sites illuminated against the night sky. Drive through the city passing Tiananmen square, The National Grand Theatre, The Wangfujing Snack Street, The Place Mall with its huge LED TV Screen, The CCTV Building and then finish your tour with a walk in the Houhai Lake area.
Upon completion of the tour, you will be transported to your hotel in Beijing
