Known as the “Little Li River,” Yulong River is the largest tributary of the Li River in Yangshuo County. Beyond its stunning landscapes that stand shoulder to shoulder with the Li River, Yulong River is uniquely blessed with serene, lively scenery—ancient villages, stone bridges, and the everyday life of local residents unfold along its banks.

Your guide and driver will pick you up from your hotel in Yangshuo or Guilin at 9:00 AM and drive you to Yulong River.

Yulong Bridge dates back to the Yongle period of the Ming Dynasty. This stone bridge stretches 36 meters long, 4.2 meters wide, and stands 9 meters high. With a simple yet grand style, it features distinctive ethnic minority carvings.

Nestled within the Yulong River Scenic Area, the bridge is part of the region’s largest unspoiled natural landscape garden. Yulong River is also part of an international natural heritage site, drawing visitors from across the globe.

Xianggong Mountain sits on the west bank of the Li River, between Huangbu Shoal and Nine-Horse Mural Hill. Climbing to its summit offers a bird’s-eye view of the Li River meandering through a sea of karst peaks.
