    We’ll visit a truly local fishing village in Xincun Harbour, approximately a 1.5-hour drive from Sanya. Here, we’ll immerse ourselves in the unique lifestyle of fishermen who have lived on floating boats for generations—even to this day. The village is home to around 600 families residing in red-roofed dwellings; these families belong to the Dan Jia People, often referred to as China’s “gypsies on the sea.”
    Since the village isn’t a tourist spot, we’ll get to witness the unfiltered daily lives of local fishermen: cooking meals, mending nets, repairing boats, or preparing gear for their next fishing trip. We’ll also explore a bustling local market, where you can taste authentic snacks and fresh tropical fruits, or browse for one-of-a-kind local goods to take home.

    Stop 2: Hainan Clear Water Bay (CWC9+77G, Lingshui Li Autonomous County, Hainan 572427, China)

    Spend time at a pristine, unspoiled beach boasting crystal-clear waters and soft sandy shores. Relax with a sunbath, take a refreshing swim in the gentle waves, or simply stroll along the shore to soak in the serene coastal scenery.

    Pass By: Haitang Bay (Haitangwan Town, Sanya 571200, China)
