How to buy tickets to the Tiger Hill?

Highly recommended to use the official “Suzhou Garden Tourism” / “Tiger Hill Scenic Area” WeChat Official Account or trusted ticket agency to help with the booking, which saves time and avoids troubles. Tickets are required to book in advance;

Do I need to book a ticket to Tiger Hill in advance?

Yes, you must book online in advance.
Tickets are available 1–7 days before the visit date (you can book tickets for any day and any opening time slot within 7 days from the current day, while stocks last).
Please book as early as possible, especially during weekends, peak seasons and holidays. Note that the tickets for Huqiu Pagoda (Yunyan Temple Pagoda) first floor visit need to be reserved at least 1 day in advance, with only 20 spots per time slot.

Can I buy a ticket on the spot upon arrival?

Tiger Hill Scenic Area mainly sells pre-booked tickets via official platforms;
Please make a reservation before your visit to avoid being denied entry, especially during peak seasons when tickets are often sold out quickly.

Is there any place in Tiger Hill to deposit  luggage?

Yes. Tiger Hill Scenic Area provides free luggage storage at the Comprehensive Service Hall / Visitor Center (near the South Gate and North Gate). Official and commercial luggage storage is also available nearby.

Location: Comprehensive Service Hall (near the South Gate and North Gate), Huqiu Post Station (left side of the South Entrance)
Hours: Same as scenic area opening hours (High Season: 07:30–18:00; Low Season: 07:30–17:30), which can accommodate more than 20 pieces of luggage.
Details: Supports large suitcases; collect before closing. The North Gate Visitor Center also provides free storage for backpacks.
Paid Commercial Storage (Nearby)
Location: 100 meters to the right of the South Gate Exit of Huqiu, 3 minutes on foot; near Huqiu Metro Station and South Gate Bus Station.
Hours: 08:00–17:00 daily (varies by storage point).
Policy: Backpack ¥10/day, suitcase ¥20/day; supports luggage under 30 inches; collect on the same day.
Important Notes:
1.Valuables (laptops, cameras, cash, etc.) are not allowed for storage.
2.Pets are not allowed inside the scenic area.
3.Please keep your storage ticket and claim your luggage before closing.
