Representative Repertoire: The Red-Maned Steed, The Drunken Concubine, The Crossroads Inn, Selling Water, Goddess Scattering Flowers, etc.
3. Immersive Musical Golden Wind & Jade Dew (Resident Performance)
Introduction: Integrates the four basic performing skills of Peking Opera (singing, recitation, acting, and martial arts) with modern music and dance. It tells the story of a Peking Opera troupe in the Republic of China era, allowing the audience to move freely and immerse themselves in different spaces of the guild hall.
4. Introduction to Classic Repertoires
The Crossroads Inn: During the Song Dynasty, General Jiao Zan was exiled. Ren Tanghui secretly protected him. The inn owner, Liu Lihua, mistook Ren for an assassin and fought with him in the dark at night. The misunderstanding was finally resolved.
Selling Water: Li Yangui, the son of a loyal official, made a living by selling water. The maid Mei Ying cleverly helped him meet Huang Guiying, thus facilitating their marriage.
The Red-Maned Steed: The legendary love story between Xue Pinggui and Wang Baochuan, which goes through separation, wars, and reunion with a dramatic plot.

Entry closes promptly when the performance begins.
Latecomers must wait outside the venue and follow staff instructions.They will be admitted quietly in batches during intermissions or between scenes/programs.
Latecomers will be seated in nearby available seats and may not be able to return to their originally assigned seats.

Can I buy a ticket on the spot upon arrival?
You can try to buy tickets at the guild hall on-site.
Upon arrival, scan the official QR code at the Box Office or main entrance to purchase same-day tickets online, subject to availability.
Booking in advance is still highly recommended.
Tickets may sell out quickly during peak seasons/holidays, and you may need to queue. For free admission to the Beijing Opera Museum (part of Huguang Guild Hall), on-site reservation is available but subject to capacity limits.
Is there any place in Beijing Huguang Guild Hall to deposit luggage?
Luggage storage is available at Huguang Guild Hall Beijing for short-term use during the show only:
Box Office (No. 3 Hufang Road, Xicheng District): The primary storage area, staffed and under video surveillance. Accepts large suitcases and backpacks.
Main Entrance Lobby: Temporary storage counters for small bags and personal items.
Note: Please manage your valuables on your own. Oversized luggage is recommended to be stored at the Box Office for security.
