1.Seniors aged 60 or above: Please present your original passport to exchange for a free ticket at the South Gate Service Center for admission.

2.Children aged 6 or under, or 1.2 meters or below in height: Free of charge (must be accompanied by an adult).

3.Foreign full-time students (undergraduate level or below): Enjoy half-price tickets with valid student ID and passport.

4.Foreign minors aged 6–18: Enjoy half-price tickets.

2.Your valid Passport/ID information is required for booking, and one person can only book one ticket per day.

Please show your ticket QR code and enter Beihai Park at the South Gate (or East Gate / North Gate / Southwest Gate / North Small Gate).

3. Important Notes

Most attractions in the park are closed on Mondays (except legal holidays), except Tuancheng.
Foreign visitors must exchange tickets or collect QR codes at the South Gate Service Center before entering the park.

How to get to Beihai Park

Beihai Park Main Entrance (South Gate / Ticket Inspection)

By subway (Fastest & Most Stable):

Line: Take Metro Line 6 to Beihai North Station.

Exit: Take Exit B. Walk about 10–15 minutes to the South Gate.

By Bus (Direct Routes):

South Gate Stop: Bus No. 5, 101, 103, 109, 124, 685

East Gate: Bus No. 5 to Xibanqiao Station

North Gate: Bus No.13, 42, 107, 111, 118

How to buy tickets to the Beihai Park ?

1.Highly recommended to use the official “Changyou Park” platform or trusted ticket agency to help with the booking, which saves time and avoids troubles.

2.Tickets are required to book in advance; on-site ticket sales are not available for individual visitors.

Do I need to book a ticket to Beihai Park in advance?

Yes, you must book online in advance. Tickets are available 1–6 days before the visit date.

Please book as early as possible, especially during weekends, peak seasons and holidays.

Can I buy a ticket on the spot upon arrival?

Same-day on-site tickets are NOT available.

Beihai Park mainly sells pre-booked tickets via official platforms.

There are no walk-up tickets for sale at the entrance.

Please make a reservation before your visit to avoid being denied entry.

Is there any place in Beihai Park to deposit  luggage?

Yes. Beihai Park provides self-service lockers at the ticket inspection area of the South Gate.

Nearby official and commercial luggage storage is also available.

2.Paid Storage Near North Gate

Location: Near Beihai North Metro Station (Exit B), about 100 meters from North Gate

Hours: 07:00–22:00 daily

Policy: Backpack ¥10/day, suitcase ¥20/day; collect on the same day.

3.Paid Commercial Storage (Nearby)

Shops and service points around South Gate & North Gate offer paid luggage deposit (¥10–20 per item, depending on size).

Important Notes:

1.The scenic area does not provide large luggage storage inside the park.

2.Do not store valuables (laptops, cameras, cash, etc.).

3.Pets are not allowed inside the scenic area.
