Half-Price Discount Policy

  • Seniors aged 60–69: Half-price admission with valid original passport.
  • Minors aged 6–18: Half-price admission with valid passport.
  • Full-time students (undergraduate level or below): Half-price admission with valid passport + student ID card.

  • Tickets are released 7 days in advance; we will book tickets for you as soon as they become available.
  • Valid passport information is required for booking. One person, one ticket per day.

  • Tickets are required to book in advance; on-site ticket sales are not available for individual visitors.

Tickets are available 1–7 days before the visit date.

Please book as early as possible, especially during weekends, peak seasons and holidays.

Can I buy a ticket on the spot upon arrival?

Same-day on-site tickets are NOT available.

Humble Administrator’s Garden mainly sells pre-booked tickets via official platforms.

There are no walk-up tickets for sale at the entrance.

Is there any place in Humble Administrator’s Garden to deposit  luggage?

Yes. Humble Administrator’s Garden provides free luggage storage at the Comprehensive Service Hall / Visitor Center (near the Northeast Gate).

    Hours: 08:00–21:00 daily
    Policy: Backpack ¥10/day, suitcase ¥20/day; collect on the same day.
