 English speaking Tour Guide Service

The prices above include the vehicle you prefer and a licensed driver. We do have few English speaking drivers,please contact us to check  their availability when you book the transfer. If you want to use an English speaking tour guide for your Beijing airport transfer  please pay extra amount ranging from USD 10 to USD 15 per the different number of your travelling party.

Are your prices per car or per person?

We charge you per transfer not per passenger. Our prices are fixed and there are no hidden charges,and no stops at any teahouses or tourists traps on the way.

How do I meet the driver or guide?

Your driver or guide will hold a piece of paper with your name written on .He will meet you at the exit of the arrival hall.

What will happen if we do not meet the driver or the escort guide?

If you are unable to find the driver or the esort guide, please use the airport’s free phone to call us at 13522069857. Please do not leave the airport without informing Us!

What if my flight is delayed or early?

The driver or the escort guide who is arranged to pick you up will check the flight status on the day. The driver or the escort will arrive according to the latest flight information.So no matter your flight delayed or early they will be there !
About Our vehicles and drivers

Our air-conditioned and well-shaped vehicles, which are licensed with insurance,clean, tidy and odour-and damage-free and equipped with air-conditioning.

1-2 traveling Party: we offer cars
3-5 traveling Party: we offer  7- seat vans
6-9 traveling Party: wer offer 12-seat vans
10-15travelling Party: we offer 22-seat coach
16-25 traveling Party: we offer 33-seat coach
26-45 traveling party: we offer 55-seat coach

All our drivers have the official licenses with at least over 3 years’ driving experience. Some of our drivers can speak fluent English,but they probabaly booked fast by other tourists,so if you want to  book a car or van please contact us to check our English speaking drivers availability

How to book Beijing airport transfer?

 Summit online or send your request via email to info@discoverbeijingtours.com.
 When your reservation is confirmed, you will get a confirmation email from us.
Mode of Payment:
Prepayment is needed to keep your booking. Cash payment, Paypal payment or wire transfer. Both RMB and US$ or other hard currencies are acceptable

About Cancellation

 30 days before your trip,free cancellation
20% of the invoice value will be charged for cancellation less than 15 working days before the service
50% of the invoice value will be charged for cancellation less than 5 working days before the service.
No show without any advanced notice will be charged fully.

Terms of Services:

Luggage handling charge is included. Tipping is not compulsory.  but tipping is expected by drivers, tour guides and hotel portage.
Tolls,gas and parking fees for Airport transfer & Local transfer are inclusive.
Service between 23:00-07:00 requires extra USD10 per trip.
Discover Beijing Tours assumes no liability for any loss of property or valuable articles inside the baggage; any loss of personal belongings in the vehicle, fragile or perishable articles and any legal fees and cost of any kind relating to the passenger’s claim.
