Please note 
From January 1st, 2014, the Forbidden City will be closed on every Monday (except the public holidays and July 1 – Aug.31) for the examination and maintenance of the ancient palace architecture and the cultural relics.
So we will arrange the day to the Forbidden City accordingly.
Sites stop sell tickets at 4pm(1st of Nov -31st of March) or 4:30pm(1st of April -31st of Oct),close at 5pm.If you arrive late you may not have time to make it
Deposit of 100USD is required for this tour,please contact us to make an invoice for you,the balance you can pay to our guide or driver once you meet
We can find out the latest flight informaiton, so no matter your flight arrive early or delayed our driver can find out and wait for you at the decided meeting point.Just in case you didn’t find your name sign, please use airport’s free phone to call us ,for detailed meeting point and location for the free phone please check this page for detail.
Our driver will wait 2 hours at the main hall holding your name sign,if tourists didn’t show up 2 hours after the flight arrival time, our driver will left, the tour will be cancelled,if you have any problem please call us in advance.
We only have English speaking drivers for the cars and  7 seats vans,so more than 7 pessengers,we only offer Chinese Speaking Driver.
If you are going to visit Beijing during your short layover, you are kindly reminded that you should give yourself a reasonable amount of time to exit the airport and go through customs, which usually take you more than an hour. You also figure out the enough time to return to the airport and go through security again. You still get back 2-3 hours prior to the departing flight. You will need a visa if you plan to leave the airport
Please let us know your arrival and departure times so that we can create an appropriate timetable for your tour
