Excellent!! Great way to discover chinese food-culture beyond menus in english! Some weird discusting yet hilarious experiences mixed with real good treats. Qing Ye is a superb guide who loves her job and is passionate about showing visitors the real stuff! Lots of stories about food but also hutong history. The walk ended at Qings own childhood home where her mother cooked Beijing noodles for us and even showed us how to do it ourselves! We were 9 and payed 180 yuan each, worth every kwai!
