We had the unfortunate, unavoidable timing of being in Beijing during national week early October 2014. It was absolutely manic! During the booking process Qing answered emails promptly and sorted out our requirements. I thank myself daily for booking with Qing before we left Australia. She was so helpful and understanding of what we wanted. Her husband was a good safe driver and got as in fairly close to all the attractions even though the traffic was crazy.
Our bag was lost flying into Beiing and Qing went out of her way to help us with talking to the airline as there was quite a language barrier trying to do this over the phone. Qing tried constantly over the three days to call using her own mobile and each time she did manage to talk to someone it was very helpful. No, 28 days later, we still don’t have the bag but we know we (mainly Qing) did everything we could to get the airline to take action.
Thank you so much Qing for showing us the great acrobatic show and the lunches at the two local restaurants as well as the great information while you took us around the sights You made my grandsons birthday special.
